Payrate $20.00/hour
Travel Time: $.40/mile
Gas Allowance: $ .20/mile
Per Diem: $100 when the assignment indicates it
Bonus: 10% of your year’s sales above $100/session
Example: 400 sessions x $100 = $40,000. If sales are $52,000
Bonus is 10% of $12,000 or $1,200
--You must own your equipment
--You are responsible to deliver the files to the studio
--You are an independent contractor
--15% of earnings will be retained till the end of the season (10/31). This
will be held as a bond to assure that you work till the end of the season*.
You can live in Southeast Michigan, Ohio or in Chicago
Typically there will be one or two assignment within 400 miles of Detroit. Depending on the distance and time you will leave either the morning of or the evening before. If there are two assignments (depending on the distance), you might spend Saturday night out and receive per diem. An example might be Saturday: Cincinnati and Sunday: Dayton. If Cincinnati started at 9AM you would leave Friday. If it started at say 1PM, you would leave Saturday.
*Grounds for dismissal are failure to perform. This includes tardiness, not delivering the images, unsaleable quality and customer service problems.
